Eddie Ernest-Jones continues his hot start to the season.

On a cold evening in Salem Eddie Earnest-Jones led GBRC teammates Jake Stout and Kevin Peters to a 1-3-5 finish in the men's 5000m. Nearly 100 runners reported for 3 heats in the biggest Willamette Invitational in history. The distance events are named in memorial for the late Charles Bowles who coached at Willamette for over 20 years.
The women's 5000m had nearly 90 women report. Char Hefflinger and Coley Fitzgeral posted recent track best marks at the distance.
On Saturday, the weather turned for the worse just in time for the men's 800m. Rhet Hulbert had his best effort of the season for 7th in the rain soaked 800m.
